Broughton Street Project Adds Two More Properties

The Broughton Street Project announced today that two additional historic Broughton Street properties, 110 and 220 West Broughton Street, were acquired this week.
“We’re continuing our acquisitions on Broughton Street, along with extensive planning for the project and each building’s role within it,” said Lori Judge, partner in the redevelopment. “Eventually, we expect to acquire a total of 25 buildings for use as urban retailers, local boutiques, galleries and neighborhood eateries.”
In February, the Broughton Street Project closed on a total of four properties. During March and April, 16 additional properties are expected to close. The remainder of the acquisitions is expected to take place in early summer.
