Legislature Extends Gulfstream Tax Break

The General Assembly gave final passage Thursday to legislation extending indefinitely a sales tax exemption on aircraft repairs or maintenance performed at Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.’s service center in Brunswick.
The state House of Representatives passed the bill 156-12 on the final day of this year’s legislative session. The Georgia Senate approved it last week 39-14.
