Lori Pitt Named Department Manager at Trace Staffing Solutions

Trace Staffing Solutions, a full-service staffing agency offering strategic temporary and full-time solutions for employers, recently named Lori Pitt as the company's department manager for healthcare division and recruitment, as well as one of the trainers throughout the southeastern United States.
In her new position, Pitt is responsible for the development of the company’s healthcare division, executing successful recruitment and retention strategies, and maintaining regulatory records and database management. She also performs classic employment functions, including research, analyzing client and employee information for reporting purposes, and identifying and resolving employee relations challenges in an effective and timely manner.
Prior to joining Trace Staffing Solutions, Pitt served as the healthcare recruiter and department manager at Snelling Staffing Services for over eight years. During her tenure at Snelling, she was honored as 2006 Rookie of the Year, 2009 and 2010 National Recruiter of the Year, and received the Circle of Excellence award in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Originally from Leesburg, Fla., Pitt resides on Skidaway Island with her husband, Gabe, and daughter, Anderson. She is a member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church and active community volunteer at Ogeechee Riverkeeper, Caretta Research Project and The 1804 Club.
