In his position, Brown is responsible for the recruitment efforts of regional staffing needs in the industrial/skilled trades sector. He also oversees the quality control of account management and business development efforts.

Brown previously served in leadership roles within the manufacturing industry as a shop foreman for a custom sportfishing equipment company and operations manager for custom horse trailer company, where he contributed to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

A Savannah native, Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University and certification in APICS/CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management). He also earned a Lean Six Sigma program certification.
