TAG Unveils Georgia's Top 10 Innovative Technology Companies

The Technology Association of Georgia announced Wednesday the Top 10 Innovative Technology Companies in Georgia. These companies were singled out from the Top 40 Innovative Technology Companies announced last week for showing the highest degree of innovation, the broadest scope and financial impact of their innovations and the greatest effect of such innovation in promoting Georgia's technology industry throughout the U.S. and globally.
The 2014 Top 10 Innovative Companies are:
- M2SYS Technology- M2SYS Technology delivers scalable biometric identity management solutions that increase security and conveniencewhile saving money, building accountability, and establishing trust for governments and businesses around the world.
- Map Large, Inc.- MapLarge is a Platform for Big Data Visualization, Analytics and Publishing.
- NCR Corporation- NCR Corporation is the global leader in consumer transaction technologies that enables more than 485 million transactions daily across retail, financial, travel, hospitality, telecom and technology, and small business.
- Partpic, Inc.- Partpic is a computer vision startup that facilitates the search and purchase of replacement parts using a camera enabled device.
- Patientco- Patientco's suite of cloud-based automation tools increases revenue, cuts costs and streamlines the patient revenue cycle for healthcare providers by simplifying the payment process for patients.
- Rigor- Rigor's simple, yet powerful Web Performance Monitoring platform helps companies ensure great experiences for users on their web, mobile, and internet-based applications.
- Sensiotec- Sensiotec is a wireless digital technology pioneer that has created Virtual Medical Assistant, the world's first FDA-cleared, non-contact, radar-based, remote vital signs monitor – an invisible, non-wearable system providing continuous tracking of heart and respiration rates, bed occupancy and movement.
- SoftWear Automation, Inc.- SoftWear Automation, Inc., using its patented disruptive technology, is designing robotic work-cells for the cost effective production of garments & other sewn products.
- Springbot- Springbot, an eCommerce marketing platform, is a Gold Industry Partner of Magento, an eBay company, and has combined the power of marketing automation and marketing analytics to deliver its Marketing Robotics service.
- The Weather Company - The Weather Company is where the world gets its weather, and technology makes it happen -- we distribute directly to consumers on television, web, mobile, tablet and emerging platforms; build platforms for energy, aviation, media and enterprise sectors; and deliver to third-party partners through our rich APIs.
Each Top 10 company will present their innovation on-stage during the 2013 Georgia Technology Summit on March 26th, 2014, at the Cobb Galleria Centre.
