Leadership Savannah Graduate Program April 22nd

Leadership Savannah will host a graduate program at the Roebling House on Skidaway Island Tuesday, April 22, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The cost for the program is $25 if attendees haven’t already paid for the year.
The program will feature guest speaker, UGA Skidaway Institute of Oceanography Executive Director, Jim Sanders, who will examine a few pressing issues that face the world’s ocean and the Georgia coastline over the coming decades, including sea level rise, ocean acidification and chronic pollution. He also will provide a summary of the mission and focus of the University of Georgia’s Skidaway Institute of Oceanography, and highlight its efforts to better understand the coastal ocean and ensure its resources are available for future generations.

Location: Roebling House, on the north end of the campus, on the Skidaway River
