Parker’s, a nationally-recognized convenience store leader, recently promoted Susan Mondello to district manager. In her new position, Mondello will oversee all Statesboro, Metter and Lyons markets. She will be responsible for maintaining the Parker’s brand throughout these markets, and overseeing the daily operations. Mondello’s leadership will help make sure Parker’s is able to maximize market share, as many of her stores are new to the area.

Mondello began working with Parker’s in 2010. During her time as store manager, she fostered a culture of development, promoting numerous customer service representatives to leadership positions, and most notably, developed two of her leaders to store managers. 

“Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to the Parker’s family,” said Greg Parker, president and CEO of the Parker Companies. “She has vast experience in this industry and an excellent track record of fostering longstanding customer relationships.”

In addition to her 10 years of retail experience, Mondello has also studied psychology, ethics and leadership management. Originally from Massachusetts, she currently resides in Springfield, Ga.
