The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help CrossRoads Services Group recruit about 30 warehouse workers for its distribution center on Savannah’s Crossroads Parkway near Pooler. The GDOL conducted a recruitment for the company last month.

The latest recruitments will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 20-21, followed by another on Monday, May 26. All recruitments will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the GDOL’s Savannah Career Center, 5520 White Bluff Road.

The company is recruiting workers to fill orders and load and unload trucks. Forklift experience is preferred but on-the-job training is provided. Salaries begin at $9 an hour.

Due to federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) is preferred, but not required for the jobs. Applicants are encouraged to dress appropriately to improve their opportunities for jobs.
