The Georgia Department of Labor will help Tybee Vacation Rentals recruit about 75 seasonal workers for its vacation properties on Tybee Island near Savannah. The recruitment will be held Tuesday, May 6, from 1-5 p.m. at the island’s YMCA cafeteria, 204 5th St.

The company is recruiting operations managers, skilled maintenance technicians, property inspectors, property care assistants, housekeeping professionals, linen processors, and other workers to pack linen. While the jobs are temporary, they are full-time and part-time, including weekend work.

Applicants for the operations manager positions should have a bachelor’s degree, while those applying for maintenance technicians and property inspectors should have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED). Applicants who are less than 18 years old must have a work permit. All applicants must have their own transportation.

Salaries depend on the types of jobs.
