Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. recently named John Liotta, director of Product Support Sales for the East Coast of the U.S. He reports to Mike West, vice president, Product Support Sales and New Business Development, Gulfstream.

In his new role, Liotta is responsible for maintenance sales to Gulfstream operators in Washington, D.C., and the following states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.

“John brings 17 years of aviation experience, including 10 with Gulfstream, to his expanded role,” West said. “Customers will benefit from his deep knowledge of the industry.”

Before taking on this position, Liotta served more than four years as Gulfstream’s senior regional sales manager, Product Support Sales, for New Jersey and Delaware. He was also a regional sales manager and a Spare Parts Sales representative for Product Support. Prior to joining Gulfstream, Liotta worked for Jet Aviation, Midcoast Aviation and Montreal Jet Center.

Liotta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from St. John’s University in New York.
