Hospice Savannah Receive Ongoing Donation from Lowcountry Gourmet Foods
Friday, May 23rd, 2014
Lowcountry Gourmet Foods, purveyors of hand-bottled, small batch extra-virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars, gourmet seasonings, pasta and sauces will begin donating 10% of product sales when customers specifically mention their support of not-for-profit Hospice Savannah, Inc.
Owner Robb Campbell and Kathie Burnsed believe in giving back to the community which has supported his Broughton Street store and tasting room for almost six years. His donation will support the Daily Impact Fund helping Hospice Savannah to deliver the special services which make a difference in the lives of patients and their families each and every day. These include individual or group bereavement counseling for any child, teen or adult in our community; an overnight children’s grief camp; the complementary therapies of story keeping, massage therapy and music therapy; Pet Peace of Mind® which allows patients and their beloved pets to stay together; the “We Honor Veterans” Initiative; and the Steward Companion transitions program.
