Cortland Partners will be hosting a party on the evening of Thursday, May 8, to celebrate the grand opening of Two Addison Place, a $35.8 million, 325-unit luxury apartment community in Pooler, Ga., that the firm developed. The event will take place at the community from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The evening will feature tours of the community, a Low Country Boil plus assorted appetizers, an open bar with specialty cocktails, Tybee Island Blond and Savannah Brown Ale beer from the Coastal Empire Beer Co., and live music by jazz guitarist Vic Varner and his band.

Two Addison Place, which marks Cortland’s entry into the metro Savannah market, is built in the Spanish Colonial style used by famed architect Addison Mizner in the early 20th Century to design numerous resorts and homes on the Florida and Georgia coasts.

Located in a serene setting with marshes and cypress groves, Two Addison Place offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and more than 20 floor plans that provide a unique combination of style, comfort and privacy. The community’s abundant amenities include patios and balconies, granite countertops, wood-style blinds and flooring, energy-efficient lighting, a dog park, cyber café, media and game room, and valet trash service.

“The innovative, breathtaking design of Two Addison Place is unprecedented for apartments in the Savannah area, and will create an absolutely unique experience for its residents,” said Steven DeFrancis, CEO of Cortland Partners. “We are very excited to show this property to the local community on May 8 and are looking forward to a great evening.”
