West Rehab Hires Meghan Moore as Occupational Therapist

West Rehab & Sports Medicine, leading providers of physical therapy, sports medicine and personal training services headquartered in Savannah, Ga., recently hired Meghan Moore as a registered and licensed occupational therapist, OTR/L, at the company’s Hinesville and Richmond Hill locations.
In her position, Moore helps patients suffering from musculoskeletal or cognitive disorders, as well as those recovering from surgery or avoiding surgery, return to optimal functioning in all normal daily activities. In addition, she addresses patient deficits with therapeutic activities to increase strength and range of motion and decrease pain. She also works with children of all ages to address cognitive, sensory, fine motor and visual motor deficits for increased ability to participate in school and/or play.
Prior to join West Rehab, Moore served as an occupational therapist at Southern Orthopedics in Brunswick, Ga. where she focused on hand therapy.
Originally from Ocean Springs, Miss., Moore earned a B.S. in Biology from Spring Hill College and a M.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of South Alabama. She is also PAM certified in the state of Georgia.
