Bring your friends and family and avoid the hassles of traffic and parking by catching the CAT Fireworks Shuttle.   

For the very first time, Chatham Area Transit is offering a non-stop Fireworks Shuttle from Savannah Mall to the Joe Murray Rivers Jr. Intermodal Transit Center on Friday, July 4^th.  

Shuttle service will begin from the Savannah Mall bus stop, near the food court at 6:30 pm, with the last shuttle leaving for the fireworks at 8:30 pm. The CAT Fireworks Shuttle will operate approximately every 30 minutes.  The River Street fireworks is scheduled for 9pm-9:30 pm.

The return service for the shuttle will begin at the Transit Center at 10 pm upon completion of the fireworks, and only a few short blocks from River Street.  The last Fireworks Shuttle will leave at 11 pm. The fare for the Fireworks Shuttle is $3 roundtrip. Exact fare is required. 

In honor of Independence Day, customers are reminded that Chatham Area Transit Authority will operate a holiday schedule on July 4th. The holiday schedule times are included on each of the printed route brochures. The Transit Center lobby will be open from 7am – 4pm and Customer Service will operate normal service hours.  CAT Administrative office will be closed.
