Rachel Kelly is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer at TideWater Landscape Management, Inc.  With nearly 20 years of experience in the Green Industry, she brings in depth knowledge and quality management expertise to the TideWater Group.  As CEO, Mrs. Kelly is responsible for operations management and customer service for all TideWater affiliates, while offering guidance and leadership to the entire group.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Johns Hopkins University
