The Milan Day Spa on Broughton Street was buzzing with excitement as the award winning spa launched a new collection by talented artist in residence, George Konstantinidis, at a celebratory cocktail party and painting demonstration on the evening of Thursday July 31^st 2014. 

Many of the oil paintings and photographs have been inspired by our beautiful city and one of Konstantinidis’ most prized paintings, “Savannah On My Mind” encapsulates the unique quality of the Coastal Georgia region.  Other recurring themes of his paintings include dramatic flowers and scenes from the land of the artist’s birth – Greece. Konstantinidis now splits his time between Tampa, Florida and Savannah, Georgia and comments “We unveiled our collaboration with the Milan Day Spa earlier this year and it has already been very successful.  I will be in residence at the spa and hosting painting displays for the next two weeks then regularly throughout the rest of this and next year”.
