Roughly one-fourth of employed Americans (over 30 million people) have reported bullying at work.  Workplace bullying has a critical effect on workplace morale, team productivity, employee retention, failure to meet organizational goals, increased frequencies of grievances, resignations, and absences due to sickness.  Often business owners don’t know what to do about workplace bullying, or the methods to try and fix the issue.  Speaker Angela Lindsay will discuss these issues and the strategies to solve them.
