WHAT: Georgia Tech Professional Education Lean Inbound Logistics Course.  This two-day seminar focuses on why and how to apply lean principles to all aspects of your current inbound logistics network, including transportation, materials and supplies. At the end of the course, participants will be able to balance inventory costs with transportation costs, improve leadership’s understanding of the supply chain and design a better network based on lean principles. This course is an elective for the Supply Chain Management Certificate.
