Judge Realty Hires Emily Kelley as VP of Residential Property Management

Judge Realty, Savannah’s only full-service boutique brokerage company, recently hired Emily Kelley as the new VP of Residential Property Management. Due to the success of Judge Realty’s Property Management division, Kelley was brought on to help aid in the success of business development.

In this position, Kelley will implement the owners’ strategic plans for each property or portfolio of properties, including property management, leasing, financials, relationship management, reporting, maintenance repairs, capital projects, and ongoing administration of all relevant agreements and legal issues.

Originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, Kelley moved from her home base to Charleston, South Carolina where she spent 13 years gaining in depth experience in maximizing financial performance, maintaining and growing asset values.  Before moving to Savannah, she worked at some of the largest real estate investment trust companies in the U.S. including AIMCO and Colonial Properties Trust.

Kelley also has experience in managing multifamily portfolios with asset values up to 34 million and single family portfolios with combined asset values of 75+ million.

Kelley is an advocate of pancreatic cancer research and will be dedicating the month of November (Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month) to helping raise awareness and funds.
