Palm Property Management recently announced its official grand opening, introducing a new technology based concept to property managers and renters in an effort to provide a more flexible and consistent return on investment.
Led by Les Claxton, a Savannah native and Citadel graduate, the company focuses on technology based software, providing their clients the opportunity to handle all related rental agreements, property maintenance requests, and property searches through their website and online resources.
An additional initiative of the company is security management. Teaming up with local security based veteran Scott A. George of Covenant Security Surveillance, LLC, Palm Property Management is working with property owners to ensure a safe environment for not only renters but property related items consistently included in rental agreements.
“The emphasis of Palm Property Management is to protect the interests of our property owners and clients,” says Les Claxton. “We feel providing reliable resources in the areas of maintenance, security, and technology create a fluid process for all those involved.”
