What: Richmond Hill 13th Annual Chili Cook-Off. Judges will decide who has the best chili in town at the 13th Annual Richmond Hill Chili Cook-Off on December 5. The grand prize winner for best chili will receive a trophy and $350; first runner up will receive a trophy and $200; second runner up will receive a trophy and $100; third runner up will receive a trophy and $50; trophies will also be given for people’s choice for best chili and best booth design. The deadline to enter the contest is Wednesday, December 3. Craft and other food booths are also available.
