Ravenelle has over 6 years of real estate experience in the Savannah area as both a real estate agent and property manager. The majority of her experience has been working for a Real Estate Investment Investment Trust (REIT) with an emphasis in Commercial Property Management. She has helped manage commercial holdings worth over $30 million in assets.

Moving back to Savannah from Boston, Rachel received her Georgia Real Estate license in 2009 and has since maintained very notable clients including the U.S. Government’s General Services Administration, Ulta Beauty, the largest beauty retailer in the United States, and Wet Willie’s Daiquiri Bar and Restaurant.

Rachel's record of maintaining a 92% to 100% occupancy at her past positions held at Woodruff Property Management and Callen Trust, led her to become the perfect candidate to join the Judge Commercial team.

Graduating from Auburn University, Rachel holds two degrees, a B.A. in Political Science, and a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics.  Currently Ravenelle sits on the Realtor Commercial Alliance of Savannah, Georgia Board of Realtors, and the Savannah Riverfront Association.

Rachel is now the 6th person to be added to Judge Commercial Division, confirming the positive growth and development happening throughout the region.
