The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Military Update Luncheon with Will Ball, former secretary of the Navy on Thursday, Feb. 19 at noon at the Hyatt Regency Savannah.

Having served as secretary of the Navy under President Ronald Reagan, Ball was appointed by Gov. Nathan Deal to lead the Governor’s Defense Initiative in 2012. At the luncheon, Ball will share information about the state’s military defense strategy as well as federal defense initiatives.

Individual tickets can be purchased by Chamber members for $35 each and by non-members for $45 each.
