Savannah and Low Country real estate experts earned 2014 Top Producer recognition from Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty. The 2014 Top Producers are Staci Donegan, Helen Johnson, Monica McGoldrick, Stewart Marshall, Annie Rockwell, Casey Schivera, Lauren Tomhave and Peter Westley. The top-producing team is Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong.

Staci Donegan has been a Top Producer and a member of the Distinguished Sales Society, bringing her expertise as a CPA and financial/business acumen to her real estate career. She served as controller for Savannah College of Art and Design and chief of staff in the office of the president at SCAD. She also worked in accounting, finance and in sales and account management for The Coca Cola Company. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Native Savannahian Helen Williams Johnson has been named Top Producer and has been recognized for being in the Distinguished Sales Society. Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, she is certified in short sales and foreclosures. Johnson is active in the community, having chaired the Telfair Ball and the Telfair Art Fair and served on the boards of Savannah Tech Community Council, local Boy Scouts council, and Historic Savannah Foundation. A graduate of Savannah Country Day School, she has an economics degree from Armstrong State University.
A Realtor for 10 years, Monica McGoldrick has been a Top Producer and has been recognized for being in the Distinguished Sales Society. She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute, Seller Representative Specialist, and Distressed Properties Professional designations. A native Savannahian, McGoldrick spent over 25 years in marketing and fundraising and has been a community leader, serving on several boards. After graduating from Trinity College, she earned a Master’s of Arts in English from Middlebury College.
Native Savannahian Stewart Marshall has been a Realtor for 18 years. He has consistently been a Top Producer and has been recognized for being in the Distinguished Sales Society. He manages a career both in real estate and the music business, having toured the country and recorded several albums with his musical groups Stewart and Winfield and Junkyard Angel. He frequently volunteers his musical talents for fundraisers and has served on The Savannah Scottish Games Committee. Marshall graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in English.
Annie Rockwell is a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors and a 2014 Top Producer. She is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. A committed community leader since moving to Savannah 24 years ago, Rockwell was a board member for Union Mission, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Junior League and Historic Savannah Foundation. She received a degree in French from Sweet Briar College in
Virginia.
Casey Schivera has been a Top Producer for the past two years and has been honored with the GenerationNext award. She is active in the community with the Daughters of the American Revolution-Savannah Chapter, the Historic Savannah Foundation and Blessed Sacrament School and Church, where she is President of the Home and School Executive Board. Schivera previously worked as a senior sales and specialty pharmaceutical representative. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa with a degree in Geography and Geology.
Lauren Tomhave has received recognition as a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors in addition to earning Top Producer recognition. She has earned the GRI distinction, and SFR, short sale and foreclosure resource. She is very active in the community, volunteering with non-profits such as the Historic Savannah Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising, with a minor in Interior Design.
Peter Westley has previously received Top Producer honors from Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. His real estate experience began when, as National Sales and Customer Service Director for a major New York newspaper, he had amongst his responsibilities relocating facilities throughout the nation. He holds an MBA in International Management from AGSIM (Thunderbird) and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong, The Ezelle Strong Team, have received Top Producer honors at Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty and are continuing Distinguished Sales Society members. They have been working together for over 10 years and have had over $100 million in sales in their career. Prior to entering real estate, Carolyn Ezelle worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative and an over-the-counter trader. Lavina Strong has 15 years of sales experience and graduated from the University of Georgia with an International Business degree and minor in French. Both are active volunteers for St. John’s Episcopal Church and Savannah Country Day School, where both families send their children.
