The Georgia Department of Labor will help two employers hire 70 workers Monday and Tuesday at the GDOL’s Savannah Career Center, 5520 White Bluff Rd. 

On Monday, March 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Crossroads Services Group will be hiring 40 warehouse workers for its distribution center on Savannah Crossroads Parkway near Pooler. 

Due to federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations applicants must be at least 18 years old. And, they must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug-screening test, and lift up to 75 pounds of merchandise. 

On Tuesday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Parker’s will be hiring 30 convenience store workers. The stores are located in Pooler, Rincon, Springfield, Guyton, and Ellabell. 

Jobseekers must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.

Salaries at Parker’s range from $8.50 to $10 per hour.
