The Greenery, an employee owned landscaping company based in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire, announces the hiring of Rick Sotiropoulos as Construction Manager.

Sotiropoulos will be responsible for overseeing the estimating and project management of The Greenery’s construction across all of their markets including Hilton Head, Bluffton, Charleston, Savannah and Hardeeville.

With a degree in Landscape Design and Construction, Sotiropoulos brings over 25 years of professional landscape construction experience to his new position. He is also a Certified Landscape Professional through the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Most recently, Sotiropoulos worked with Ocean Woods Landscaping as a Construction Manager.

Originally from New England, Sotiropoulos has been in the Lowcountry for over 25 years. He lives in Bluffton with his wife, Angela, and two sons, Ethan (12) and Cole (8). He is very active in his church, First Baptist Church of Bluffton where he serves as an elder. He enjoys golf and spending time outside in the Lowcountry with his family.
