Rives E. Worrell Co., a JE Dunn Construction Company, recently participated in, and donated money to, the Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity Habitat for Humanity Savannah’s “Women Build” project. Dozens of men and women came together to help build a home on Clinch Street for one deserving family.
“We see ourselves as more than a business; we are a community partner,” said Rives E. Worrell Superintendent Terry Gossett, who volunteered on the project with his wife, Sara. “Habitat for Humanity’s mission -- to build homes, communities and hope -- fits perfectly with our employees’ skill sets and passions.”
The “Women Build” Week kicked off Saturday, May 2, and runs through Saturday, May 9. The Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity is one of only 300 Habitat affiliates around the country chosen to partner with Lowe’s for “Women Build.”
