SunGate Medical Group has welcomed a new audiologist, Dr. Tracey E. Herrin, to its group’s thriving multi-specialty practice conveniently accessible (just across the South Carolina border). The addition of an experienced specialist dedicated to diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders is sure to enhance the facility’s reputation for delivering top-notch, personalized services.

Herrin, who earned a Doctorate of Audiology in 2013 from Texas Tech University, most recently worked at Hecker and Associates, a practice in Newport News, VA, where she performed adult and pediatric diagnostic audiological evaluations, newborn hearing screenings, adult vestibular function evaluations, and adult and pediatric hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and programming. She gained clinical experience at other practices in Texas, as well as a number of educational institutions, including Eastern Virginia Medical School and the University of Virginia.

SGMG Medical Director Dr. Kenneth Farr, whose ophthalmology practice is a highly respected part of SunGate’s premier medical services, is thrilled to welcome Herrin to the SGMG team.
