Richmond Hill Set to Get Three Major Hotels

RS Hospitality announced recently that it is set to develop two major mid-scale luxury hotel franchises in Richmond Hill, GA located off Interstate I-95 exit #87, at the intersection of Ponderosa Road and US Hwy 17. While the new hotel flags have not been announced, the developers anticipate these new properties will feature 182 hotel rooms between the two.
Currently, RS Hospitality owns and operates mid-scale luxury hotels in the greater Savannah area. Long range plans for the hoteliers also include an extended stay hotel with about 80 rooms on exit #90 and Interstate 95.
