TAG Brings Speaker Ben Reed, PitchMaps, to Savannah for IT Connect: Marketing Event

The Technology Association of Georgia and TAG Savannah are continuing their IT Connect series in Savannah with a presentation from Ben Reed, co-founder of PitchMaps and B2B marketing guru.
The event will take place 8:30 am - 10 am Friday(June 12), on the 3rd floor of ThincSavannah located at 35 Barnard Street in downtown Savannah. The event is open to the public. It is free for TAG members and $10 for non-members. Pre-registration is encouraged. Light breakfast and refreshments will be served.
Reed’s talk, titled Find Your Message: The pitch perfect workshop for TAG Savannah, will address the important and relevant concerns of business owners, sales teams, and marketing department across industry, scale and sector, such as how to inspire action following sales meetings. He will reveal a framework for elevating the sales conversation beyond just products and services to a customer-centric “cause". Teaching a simple five-point blueprint will help attendees make any pitch more effective. He also will share the essential skill of aligning sales and marketing around the same message.
Reed is Co-founder of PitchMaps, a consulting firm that specializes in B2B sales messaging. He writes and speaks regularly about brand positioning and sales messaging. Reed is a graduate of Georgia Tech and has an MBA from Georgia State. He recently served as Chair of the TAG Marketing Society and was previously President of the Georgia Tech Business Network. An intrepid traveler, Ben has lived in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
