Tybee Island was awarded two summer accolades this week, receiving No. 6 in Coastal Living’s “America’s Happiest Seaside Towns” and making Matador Network’s list of “20 Coolest Beach Towns in America.” These join the growing list of awards and honors the destination has received this year.

Coastal Living magazine recently announced the winners of its annual top ten list of “America’s Happiest Seaside Towns,” where readers selected Tybee Island as the No. 6 happiest seaside town in America.
