GMTA to Hold Commercial Motor Vehicle Accident Seminar in September

The Georgia Motor Trucking Association, in conjunction with the Savannah-based law firm of Bouhan Falligant, LLP, Fleet Risk Management, Inc., Logistics Marketing Solutions, and Jacksonville ,Fla.-based Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd Law Firm, will hold a day-long motor vehicle accident seminar to provide motor carrier owners, directors and safety managers with the necessary knowledge to ensure accidents are properly investigated and documented.
The seminar, which will be held on Sept. 11 at the Historic Jekyll Island Club, will present industry leaders who will be speaking on the dynamics of investigating commercial motor vehicle accidents and how to protect the interests of motor carriers.
“Accidents on the roadways, all too frequent in today’s news, are inevitable,” said Guy Young, vice president, GMTA. “Attendees at this seminar will examine a trucking accident in real time and have the opportunity to hear from experts in accident reconstruction, insurance executives, law enforcement officials, attorneys and public relations professionals trained in litigating commercial motor vehicle cases.”
