A California company has made a bid to purchase Hutcheson Medical Center in northwest Georgia, which is about to close due to financial issues.
Prime Healthcare is fresh off its deal to save another struggling metro Atlanta hospital - Southern Regional Medical Center in Clayton County, reports Georgia Health News.
