Biofuel Plant Expected to be Built in Dooly County, Create 138 Jobs

A biofuel plant is planning to locate in Dooly County and is expected to produce 20 million gallons of renewable fuel a year.
Ensyn Georgia Biorefinery would construct and operate a cellulosic biofuel refinery, according to a news release from the Dooly County Office of Economic Development. The company would convert 440 dry tons of woody biomass into a renewable fuel oil product.
