Crime, Spending Targets of Savannah Mayor-elect Eddie DeLoach

Eddie DeLoach was greeted warmly by strangers as he walked to his car in downtown Savannah on Thursday morning after being congratulated by staff and patrons at a nearby restaurant.
After his campaign to become Savannah’s next mayor and subsequent victory during Tuesday’s runoff against incumbent Edna Jackson, DeLoach was recognized as the man who had made a lot of promises in the last few months.
