Trade Center Looking at Expansion

Trade Center Authority Chairman Mark Smith said although a final report from CBRE of Atlanta updating a strategic plan for the Hutchinson Island convention center won’t be done for another week or so, he’s confident that report will indicate the need for another 100,000 square feet of exhibit space and meeting rooms.
