Second Time's a Charm for Savannah Food Truck Festival

Despite being rescheduled because of Hurricane Matthew, the second Savannah Food Truck Festival attracted hundreds of people to Daffin Park for live music, outdoor shopping and, of course, the offerings from 27 food trucks.
