Fickling & Company Starts Construction on Lullwater at Richmond Hill

Fickling & Company has broken ground on Lullwater at Richmond Hill, a 280-unit luxury apartment community in Plantation Village, a mixed-use development to include a new City Hall, Bryan County Public Library and a 30+ acre public park in the heart of Richmond Hill. The community will be built directly across from the prestigious Ford Plantation on Ford Avenue. Amenities will include a clubhouse with an adjacent resort-style pool with a fire place and outdoor kitchen, a dog park, as well as a car care facility.

Construction financing is being provided by First Tennessee Bank with a permanent loan, arranged by Bullock Mannely Partners, with Protective Life Insurance Company. The development team includes SGN+A Inc. as architects, interior design by Design Environments, civil engineer Thomas & Hutton, and general contractor CentreMarc Construction. Lullwater at Richmond Hill will deliver its first apartment homes in early summer of 2017 with the entire community to be completed by early 2018.
