Savannah’s ‘Bar-card’ Requirements for Restaurant Servers on Hold

More than three months after implementing a new ordinance governing alcohol sales, Savannah officials say they are holding off on enforcing new rules requiring restaurant servers to obtain “bar cards” meant to ensure employees are trained and following the law.
