Planners Give Initial OK for 130-acre Town Center in Pooler

Pooler Planning and Zoning officials on Monday approved the first of what will likely be many sets of plans for a large mixed-use development proposed for 130 acres near the intersection of Pooler Parkway and Interstate 16.
