Feds Delay Design Plan for Savannah Courthouse Annex Amid Community Opposition

Officials with the US General Services Administration say they plan to seek more public input before moving forward after local architects, preservationists and residents spoke out against the proposed design for a new federal courthouse annex in Telfair Square.
