Commission Delays Zoning Request for Mixed-use Starland District Development

The Metropolitan Planning Commission on Tuesday delayed a zoning request for a new mixed-use development in the Starland District, voting to continue the petition brought by The Foram Group for a live, work, play development known as Starland Village until Feb. 27.
