Georgia Court Denies Savannah Short-term Rental Challenge

The state Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected an appeal for emergency relief filed by attorneys for short-term vacation rental properties owner Mark DeWitt, leaving in place a court order barring him from the practice until a judge decides his case.
