North Point Hospitality would like to announce the completion of an extensive $7 million hotel transformation for their Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District. The 133-unit hotel underwent a complete renovation, taking design cues from the Central of Georgia Railroad roundhouse and repair shop, the oldest and most complete antebellum railroad and manufacturing repair facility in existence in the United States. This all-inclusive renovation includes brand new guest rooms, redesigned bathrooms featuring all new showers, meeting space, dining and bar area, lobby, pool and fitness center. The hotel, situated in the heart of the historic district at the corner of Montgomery and Bay Street, is steps away from historic River Street and the famed City Market.
