Help Researchers Chart Sea Level, Storm Surge in Chatham County

The Smart Sea Level Sensors project is looking for volunteers around Chatham County who might have a dock where a sensor could be placed to measure sea level. They’re also looking for volunteers across the county, even in inland areas, interested in lending space in their attics or other tall structures where a shoe-box sized “gateway” receiver can be installed to help transmit real time data from the sensors.
