Savannah Considering Free Rides for Late-night Workers

Think of it as Uber or Lyft, but free - aside from the six-digit cost of subsidizing the service.
On Monday the Savannah City Council will consider a $294,000 contract for an on-demand transportation service during a six month trial period to accommodate late-night workers downtown.
