Savannah Convention Center Bill Passes Senate Committee

The Georgia International Maritime Trade Center Authority remains supportive of House Bill 525, which would replace the local authority with a state authority, potentially paving the way for an expansion of the Hutchinson Island facility, chairman Mark Smith said Wednesday following the board’s monthly meeting.
