Coastal Care Partners, Savannah’s only comprehensive, registered nurse-managed aging services company, has expanded their service area to include Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, SC.  The company has hired Bailey Reagan as a nurse care manager for this new service area.

Prior to joining Coastal Care Partners, Reagan worked at Beaufort Memorial Hospital’s Post-Anesthesia Care Unit in Beaufort, SC and Memorial Health’s Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit in Savannah, GA.

“From overseeing medications to answering questions at a time of uncertainty, a nurse care manager serves as a guide and an advocate for older adults facing all the complexities of aging,” Amy Pierce, Coastal Care Partners’ co-owner said. Pierce, a registered nurse and certified care manager, explained that a nurse care manager can “help with things like accompanying you to your physicians’ appointments, coordinating care with physicians, helping to manage medications, crisis intervention, Hospice care support, dementia and memory care support, and more.”

Reagan is a registered nurse and earned her B.S. degree in Nursing and B.A. degree in Sociology from Georgia Southern University. She is originally from Peachtree City, GA and currently resides in Bluffton, SC.
