Local IT managed services provider Infinity, Inc. would like to congratulate two team members, Tyler Richards and Mark Iacino, for achieving additional certifications to better serve their clients’ business technology needs. 

Tyler earned his A+ Certification which is an industry standard for establishing a career in IT services. Achieved within one year of his employment, this certification means that Tyler demonstrates baseline IT security skills, can configure operating systems, and applies best practices for documentation, change management, data backup and recovery, and scripting.  

Mark recently renewed his Secure Wi-Fi Technical Certification. This exam proves his proficiency in handling current wireless technology and Wi-Fi Cloud, as well as configuring gateways and devices with multiple access points, allowing him to better serve clients’ connectivity needs.
