Local IT managed services provider Infinity, Inc. would like to congratulate two team members, Tom O’Fallon and Cassidy Collins, for achieving additional certifications to better serve their clients’ business technology needs. Both Tom and Cassidy recently earned the designations of Certified Deployment Specialist and Certified Advanced Technician. 

These certifications are part of a new platform and certification program that was launched in early June. They are designed to access and validate technological skill sets: ensuring technicians learn best practices to deploy, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot business continuity products.

Their certified skills and expertise in this area will immediately increase our clients’ disaster recovery capability and confidence.” 

Tom currently serves as a TAC Analyst and has been with Infinity for four years. Cassidy joined Infinity in 2018 and is an RMM Administrator.
